Day 1. Cali: Arrival in the city of Cali, assistance at Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport, and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.
At the agreed time, transfer to a restaurant where we will enjoy an exquisite three-course meal designed under a signature cuisine concept, allowing us to taste the most traditional flavors of the region in a restaurant in the San Antonio neighborhood. (Duration: 1 hour 40 minutes)
Day 2. Cali – Cultural Walking Tour + Cali-style Afternoon + Salsa Show:
Breakfast at the hotel. We will visit incredible places full of history and architecture that will transport us back in time to the founding of Santiago de Cali, starting at the Gold Museum, then moving to La Merced Church, where we will learn about the city's beginnings, its foundation, and all the history that unfolded in this area. From there, we will walk along the Boulevard del Río until we reach La Ermita Church, and later head to the iconic San Antonio Church.
With a stunning panoramic view of Santiago de Cali from this beautiful Baroque-style church, we will continue our tour through the colorful streets of this traditional neighborhood, arriving at La Linterna Lithography, a place with more than 80 years of tradition where we will be amazed by the most impactful and colorful prints that today adorn many murals of the city.
We will continue with a two-course culinary experience (main course and dessert) at one of the city's most traditional restaurants, known for its colonial architecture, representative of typical haciendas of the valley.
In the afternoon, we will immerse ourselves in the world of salsa by visiting the Jairo Varela Plaza, where we will see the monument to Grupo Niche and the Jairo Varela Museum. From there, we will walk the traditional Paseo de las Gatas until we reach the iconic Tejada Cat Monument. We will enjoy a typical Cali-style afternoon experience at the traditional Obelisco, where we will taste a refreshing Lulada Valluna. At the end, return to the hotel.

Day 3. Cali – Attendance at the Cali Viejo Parade + Fair Closing Night:
Breakfast at the hotel and free morning. At the agreed time, transfer to the Cali Viejo Parade, where we will experience an unforgettable event, one of the most representative events of the Cali Fair. The Cali Viejo Parade is a journey that evokes the culture and history of the city, representing all the customs, traditions, and characters that have made history in the city through dance and music.

In the evening, dinner at Restaurante Domingo, where we will have an unforgettable culinary experience by tasting a three-course menu exploring the territories and ingredients of the Colombian Pacific: sea, river, and mountains. Chocó, Valle, Cauca, and Nariño regions, enjoying vibrant mixology with a refreshing cocktail based on viche.
After dinner, transfer to the Intercontinental Hotel, where we will prepare to experience the joy of the fair's closing party at the Intercontinental Hotel, dancing to salsa and other musical genres in an unmatched atmosphere full of energy and flavor to continue celebrating and enjoying the Cali Fair.
